As with our fuels formulated from fossil fuel cuts, we use bio-components to produce a broad range of special biofuels.

The emergence of these biofuels has led us to step up our R&D initiatives in a number of areas, including:

• Winter starting
• Lubricity
• Injector fouling
• Pollutant emissions
• Oxidation resistance

This research is helping the TotalEnergies Group to reinforce its expertise in terms of biofuels.
