The Action! program is a program set up by the Company and available to all entities and employees. Thanks to this program, each employee is entitled to three days per year of their working time to carry out a solidarity mission. Employees can carry out these missions with more than 1,000 partner associations in over 100 countries around the world!

In 2025, more than a quarter of TotalEnergies AFS employees have already carried out a solidarity action. That's already more than was achieved in 2024!
Whether it's collecting food for the Food Bank, preparing meals for Les Petites Cantines, helping with distribution for Les Restos du Coeur, and much more, our employees are rallying together to help their neighbors!
Recently, the TEAFS Purchasing team took part in a team-building exercise focused on solidarity: they spent a morning cooking for people in need through the non-profit organization Les Petites Cantines, and then shared the meal with the guests to learn about each person's story.
The latest initiative saw more than a dozen employees take part in the Jeux de la Diversité (Diversity Games) held in Lyon. From managing the changing rooms to distributing race numbers, providing refreshments and counting participants, our employees rallied together to bring this charity event to life, which aims to help young people and those returning to work find employment.
These wonderful acts of sharing and solidarity will continue throughout the year!
