ActiSTART+ 4T is the flagship of the ActiSTART range.
It is the first alkylate fuel made with 90% bio-based content available on the French market for garden machinery. This innovation reduces CO₂ emissions by more than 50% compared to conventional fossil-based alkylate, while maintaining equivalent performance levels.

ActiSTART+ 4T is available in multiple formats to meet the needs of both private users and professionals: 1L, 4L, and 200L.

What is a bio-based fuel?

A bio-based product is made from biological, often renewable, materials. It can be of plant origin. At the beginning of the supply chain, bio-based and fossil materials are mixed using a mass balance approach certified by an independent certification body. An amount of bio-based material equivalent to 90%* of this fuel has been allocated to the product.

How is this product made?

Thanks to our internal supply streams (TotalEnergies refineries), we are able to capture plant-based flows and fully control the production and sourcing of the materials needed to create ActiSTART+. As a result, it is made from alkylate that is 100% produced by TotalEnergies!

ISCC PLUS certification: a guarantee of sustainability and traceability

ActiSTART+ is ISCC PLUS certified (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification PLUS), a recognized international standard that ensures the sustainability, traceability, and transparency of the raw materials used in bio-based, circular, or recycled economy products.

This certification confirms that the raw materials used in the formulation of ActiSTART+ come from responsible sources, in compliance with the sustainability criteria defined by the European Renewable Energy Directive (RED II).
